If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and will be automatically cancelled. 📞 Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our technicians' time. 🚫 No-Show Policy After two no-show, no-call instances, you will be unable to book future appointments.
